The beach
Badesi, famous for its very long beaches of fine white sand overlooking the crystalline sea of the Gulf of Asinara, is a town in Northern Sardinia that marks the western borders of Gallura, before Castelsardo.
Surrounded by the Gulf of Asinata and the Gallura hills, with a panorama that extends from Isola Rossa to Castelsardo, with Corsica on the horizon.
The municipality of Badesi
Born as a small village by 7 brothers, part of the municipality of Aggius and becoming an independent municipality in 1969, the territory of Badesi extends to the banks of the Coghinas river, a natural border between Gallura and the Anglona region.
The beauty of the beaches and the dunes in the shade of scenic junipers fascinate tourists and visitors, won over above all by the warm hospitality of the locals. In fact, Badesi has an extraordinary tourist vocation which over the years has led to the development of services and resorts for families, kiosks, clubs and many water activities, such as surfing and windsurfing which enliven holidays in this corner of Northern Sardinia every summer.
Characterized by its sandy soils, Badesi offers quality viticulture that enriches the panorama, and with its excellent wines, aromas and colors it will accompany your entire holiday.
The Badesi beach is the longest in Gallura and extends from Isola Rossa to Valledoria. 12km of uninterrupted, uncontaminated beach on which you can walk caressed by the sea breeze. Various accesses to the beach will allow you to choose the place where you can relax.
The pristine waters have for years allowed this coast to receive the Blue Flag (a recognition which attests to the quality of the seaside services and its sea.
